Founder and owner of Northland Inspections Inc. performing comprehensive pre purchase residential and commercial inspections since 1987. Brion has performed over 7000 property inspections in Flagstaff, Sedona, Williams, Winslow, and surrounding areas.  He has provided construction related expert witness testimony before the Arizona State Registrar of Contractors and in superior court.

He served as a member of the AZ State Board of Technical Registration Home inspection Advisory Committee for 6 years and as its first chairman for 4 years. The committee was responsible for writing the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice and the rules governing the home inspection industry in Arizona. He currently holds AZ inspector license number 38043. He has performed report reviews for standards compliance and have served on the enforcement advisory committee.

He was a charter member of the Arizona State Chapter of ASHI and served in many chapter leadership positions including president.  He has been a frequent seminar presenter on various topics.

He previously held residential and commercial contractor’s licenses in Arizona, specializing in remodeling and repair work.  

He is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors, the International Code Council as a building inspector, Infraspection Institute as a level I thermographer, and the Building Performance Institute as a building analyst.
